Community managers are the heart and soul of a community
Sometimes communities emerge by accident when like-minded individuals meet around a shared topic and find that they are passionate about. They start doing things together, involve others in small tasks – and suddenly – a community emerges. However, more often you need someone to nurture the community as the main job. We call such people “community managers”
Community managers facilitate interaction, orchestrate various information flows, communicate internally and externally, organize events and serendipitous encounters, build networks, coordinate and crowdsource.
How does our Community Manager Academy work?
Community Manager Academy offers a learning experience that combines online workshops, two onsite / hybrid events in Finland and peer-to-peer mentoring.
The program begins with a series of online workshops, providing a foundation for the rest of the program. This is followed by a 2-day onsite event in Helsinki, which provides a unique opportunity to network with fellow community managers.
We have additional training period, with peer-to-peer group mentoring sessions tailored to your specific needs. These sessions allow you to connect with other participants, learn from their experiences, and receive personalized guidance from expert mentors.
